Good staff assistance

The vibrant street food scene at Jalan Alor and the friendly staff enhancing our stay were highlights. We enjoyed relaxed mornings by the pool after our delicious breakfasts each day.

The location is excellent, especially for street food enthusiasts, providing easy access to a variety of cuisines. Breakfast was a treat with options like pancakes, laksa, and fresh tropical fruits that kept us satisfied. However, the room was uncomfortably cold at times, and housekeeping tended to arrive later in the day. Additionally, we faced some challenges using local taxi services, as many drivers didn't speak English well.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to vibrant night markets. The friendly staff showed exceptional hospitality, making our stay truly enjoyable.

Request a room away from the pool area for a quieter experience, especially during busy times.

I stayed in a Superior Queen Room that was just good! The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave it, and the bathroom felt fresh and modern, which I loved. Plus, the outdoor swimming pool was a perfect spot to chill after a busy day out exploring!

Group getaway with a decent stay

The breakfast spread was really excellent, they had everything from pancakes to exotic Asian dishes, it was like a feast every morning! Plus, the staff at the reception were genuinely nice, they helped us jump into a cab right when we arrived at night without any hassle.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but still acceptable for what we got.
